4.3 Once the payment is completed, the order cannot be modified arbitrarily. If you need to change the order information, please contact our customer service as soon as possible before the goods are shipped.

5. Delivery & Shipping

5.1 We will arrange shipment for confirmed and paid orders as soon as possible. The standard delivery period for all orders is 15 to 30 days from the date of shipment. The delivery time may be slightly extended due to objective factors such as remote areas, customs inspection and logistics delays, which are beyond our reasonable control.

5.2 Free shipping service is available for orders with a total amount over $120. Orders that do not meet the threshold shall bear the corresponding shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed on the order page before payment.

5.3 You shall provide accurate and detailed delivery address, contact information and postal code. We are not responsible for delivery failures, repeated delivery fees or goods loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information you provided.

5.4 The risk of loss or damage of goods shall be transferred to you after the goods are signed for by you or your authorized recipient.

6. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

6.1 We support a 14-day return policy and a 30-day exchange policy counting from the date you receive the goods, which complies with relevant consumer protection regulations. To apply for return or exchange, please ensure that the products are unused, intact, with original packaging and all accessories complete.

6.2 For hygiene reasons, sealed pet supplies that have been opened, personalized customized products and goods that are damaged due to your improper use are not eligible for return or exchange.

6.3 After we receive and inspect the returned goods to confirm they meet the return requirements, we will process the refund to your original payment account within a reasonable time. The return shipping fee shall be borne by you unless the goods have quality problems or delivery errors on our part.

6.4 If you receive defective, wrong or missing goods, please contact our customer service promptly and provide relevant photos or videos as evidence. We will arrange replacement, full refund or partial compensation for you free of charge.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Behaviors
