3.2 Standard Shipping Fee

Orders that do not reach the free shipping threshold will be charged standard shipping fees. The exact fee will be automatically calculated and clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment, based on package weight, dimensions and delivery destination.

3.3 Expedited Shipping (Optional)

If you require faster delivery, you may choose expedited shipping services supported by FedEx, UPS or DHL. Additional expedited shipping fees will apply. 4. Delivery Address Requirements

4.1 Please fill in your full, accurate and detailed delivery address, valid recipient name and active contact number. We are not liable for delivery failure, package return, loss or extra logistics costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address and contact information provided by you.

4.2 Most of our cooperating carriers support delivery to residential addresses, commercial addresses and PO boxes. For addresses in extremely remote areas, additional remote area surcharges may apply, which will be notified to you in advance.

5. Package Tracking & Delivery Issues

5.1 After shipment, a tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email. You can track the real-time logistics status on the official website of the corresponding carrier. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by logistics systems.

5.2 If your tracking status stops updating for a long time, or your package is delayed, lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number and tracking ID.
